Enterprise Management System
The Electronic Annual Accounting System (ePCA) is a Web SaaS Application that provides the user with a set of functions to report accounting data. In this two year project, I worked as lead UX researcher and UX designer, following the user centered design process. Upon implementation, I was in charge of functional software testing.

Mobile Digital Library
UNA-SUS/UFMA is one of the pioneering institutions in the history of the UNA-SUS (Open University of the Unified Health System) Network, a project of the Brazilian Ministry of Health. In this project, I worked as head of the UI team, proposing the interaction flow of a mobile digital library the provides users with enjoyable learning experiences, while consuming different learning artifacts.

Power Consumption Self Reading App
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there was a need to reduce the contact of meter readers that carry out the power consumption reading and inspection for power companies. In this project I was in charge of the UX design of a mobile application embedding an Artificial Intelligence service that would allow recognizing the power consumption of a power meter.

Inteligent Chatbot for Customer Service
As customers file lawsuits against a company when they are dissatisfied with its service, this project aimed at developing a chatbot mobile app for supporting clients with their complaints, and lawyers when dealing with lawsuits. I was in charge of gathering data on different scenarios and defining the UX interaction flow for the app.

Enterprise Management System for Power Company
This project focused on the development and evaluation of a B2B Web based application embedding an ML model that would produce data on the probability of lawsuits for power companies based on features such as: number of complaints, electrical damage to appliances and power shutdowns. Here, I focused on the UX design and evaluation considering the needs of end users and proposing reports that would meet their expectations.
